CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep your blossoms looking their best with a little simple care:

Start with a clean vase to help prevent bacteria build-up.

Fill your vase around two-thirds full with fresh water.

Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.

Trim 2–3cm from the stems every couple of days to keep them drinking well.

Refresh the water every 1–2 days, topping up in between if needed.

Display your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, radiators, or open fires.

Gently remove any wilting blooms or fallen petals to keep your arrangement looking fresh and beautiful.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
From time to time, seasonal availability means we may need to swap out certain stems. When this happens, we carefully select the closest possible match in style and colour, ensuring your bouquet remains just as beautiful — if not even better — than the one pictured.
Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value. In the rare event that a suitable alternative isn’t available, we’ll be in touch to find the perfect solution for you.
